About OPTIMON
Optimon is a private owned company started in 2003 with location Aarhus, Denmark. Optimons work is based on contract solutions, which are completed to the agreed quality, time and economy. Optimon offers full service which means: content design based on the work of subject matter experts, the software framework and the service to maintain it.
Optimon aims all the time to offer you digital solutions that are based on the best open source tools that exists right when you need it. Right now the solutions are: Moodle for eLearning, ELGG for portefolio and blogging and Typo3 for CMS. Effect- and ROI measurements are offered after requests. In 2006-2007 we expect minimum 7500 end users of Optimons solutions.
How many companies will pay about 24.000£ for a proprietary software before it is even getting used; only time will tell.
